Free service and cost

These public app tools are free, bounded calculations and drafts. They do not start a checkout, subscription, money transfer, investment trade or an external paid model call. Your own ChatGPT plan, internet access and limits are separate. Our hosting, database, email and other provider costs remain ours; your ChatGPT subscription does not pay them. “Free to use” does not mean our operation has no costs.

Use only information you may use

Provide only task-essential facts you are authorised to process. Keep credentials, government IDs, payment-card data and unnecessary sensitive or child information out. Use aliases and fictional tests where possible. Do not use the tools to discriminate, determine another person's eligibility from sensitive traits, invent evidence or infringe someone else's rights. A schema or warning is not comprehensive sensitive-data detection.

You retain your rights in supplied materials; you may use the tool's outputs for your own workflow, subject to any third-party rights. A generated file does not grant ownership of someone else's text, images, brands or identifiers. Review inputs, sources, calculations and exports before relying on or sharing them. No employment, admission, revenue or legal-compliance result is guaranteed.

Problems, rights and availability

Report errors to the support contact with the tool name and a fictional reproduction. No application, email, marketplace listing or order is sent for you. Availability can change; there is no separate paid service in these terms. Changes do not silently amend a separate accepted order. Mandatory rights and liabilities remain unaffected. Nothing here excludes liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life/body/health, fraud or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. No blanket refund waiver or exclusive foreign-court requirement is imposed by this page.

Document limits

• JobAtOnce uses reviewed career facts and evidence. It does not invent qualifications, search/apply for jobs or decide employment eligibility.
• PDF Tables exports user-reviewed supplied table cells with source references. This endpoint is not an automatic OCR service or verification against the original document.
• Invoice Draft uses supplied parties, amounts and tax rates. It does not decide VAT/GST treatment, issue/send an official invoice, certify mandatory invoice fields or produce a certified structured e-invoice.
• Client Report compares supplied aggregate metrics. It does not verify live systems, certify causation, audit accounts or promise future results.
