Document tools
This endpoint serves JobAtOnce, PDF Tables, Invoice Draft and Client Report. Explicit tool inputs may contain ordinary personal or business details, such as a name, contact details, career facts, invoice parties or client metrics. Send only the minimum needed for your requested draft. Never include passwords, payment-card data or unnecessary sensitive information.
Inputs are processed transiently on Cloudflare Workers. This application has no database, saved account records, input logging or document download storage. The embedded component generates PDF and Excel files on your device after you choose Download. It sends the requested file to your MCP host for its download flow, which requires host support. Your host can retain conversation/tool data and downloaded documents under its own policies. The linked standalone Sites and their optional account features have their own privacy notices.

What this service processes
The standalone worksheet processes fields and CSV files in your browser. It does not send those worksheet inputs to our application server, save them to an account or use analytics, advertising cookies or local storage. Clearing the inputs or closing the tab clears the current worksheet. Exported files remain on your device until you delete them.
If you call a tool through ChatGPT or another MCP client, that client sends the explicit structured inputs to this server. We process them transiently to calculate the response. Our application has no database, upload store or input logging, and does not deliberately retain them after completing the request. ChatGPT and hosting infrastructure can separately process and retain conversation data, request metadata and operational logs under their own policies. We cannot promise deletion from systems operated by those providers.
Purpose, legal basis and recipients
We process the minimum supplied task data to perform the requested service (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where applicable). This public calculation service is hosted on Cloudflare Workers. ChatGPT is a separate client when you choose to use it. Network providers receive technical request metadata. Processing can occur outside the EEA, including Singapore and the United States; applicable transfer safeguards and provider contracts need to be maintained. The service does not fetch external sites, connect accounts or send messages.
Your control
You choose the inputs and review the output. Avoid government IDs, passwords, payment-card data, medical data and other restricted or special-category data. Use fictional examples for testing. Do not provide data about children. Submit only information you are authorized to process. For access, correction, erasure, restrictions, objection, portability or complaints, contact the address above. We will identify records actually held and explain any provider-controlled limits.
